How It Works
If you’re ready to shape up your legs, bottom and stomach areas, then Im ready to help you do it. I cater for all abilities so if you are returning to fitness / starting to get fit or need modifications or a complete gym bunny who needs a challenge then I will adapt/modify and show you how to get the best workout for you. I want you to work hard: breathless and sweating is a sure sign you are working your upmost and more importantly triggering your fat burning hormones. Its not all hard work though – with the cheesy tunes, and a great atmosphere – you won’t be able to hide that smile for long!
It’s not just your vanity that will get a boost from my Legs Bums Tums workout, as well as making your wobbly bits a little less wobbly it’s brilliant all round exercise too.
