This is no ordinary Booty!
We use bodyweight and the environment to do some serious fresh-air inhaling and body toning, constantly moving and utilising the environment to best of our ability.
Seriously good fun. No shouting drill sergeants or como pants. Just a motivating intructor with a love for fitness. Each session is super varied so being bored just isn’t an option. You will be running (only if you want to), skipping, jumping, punching, and crunching your way to a firmer bod!
