This is no normal LBT class though, it is high impact interval training and Kelly encourages you to push yourself and work hard. if i can do a certain move then Kelly gives you various options allowing you to adapt your work out to your own fitness levels and everyone works to their own level, whether it be a more gentle level 1 or an insane level 5! This means the class is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
I always enjoy coming to training and never get bored as the sessions are never the same.
